As a professional chef I have worked in commercial kitchens for almost 20 years. "Sparkle Duties" or quarterly deep cleans are extremely important in your kitchen. However, they are not always easy to schedule with multiple shifts, opening hours and lack of staff. I know the struggle!

I've been in the Culinary Industry since I was 18, professionally trained on the East Coast. I worked as a Chef in New York, Connecticut, Oahu and Maui.
